You can use whatever diet and exercise method that works for you. Find a diet that includes the foods you would normally eat, but in moderation. There is no need to cut out the things that will be tempting you and bringing you down for the duration of your diet, just plan your intake ahead of time.
I haven't been much of a meat fan, although I do consume chicken and eggs on occasion. For me, I went with an all-natural raw food diet that is very popular right now. It seemed pretty extreme at first, but as with anything, once I learned how to eat, it was easier than ever and my body was reaping the benefits. Having lost over 33 pounds so far, I wanted to share how successful this raw food diet has been.
