Thur July 5th: 14 minutes of ANYTHING failure and No-S fail. Worked until 9 on Wed and stayed up to watch the local fireworks. I double-backed for an early workday (730) on Thursday. Tired and wornout, I went out for Mexican after work and stuffed myself with chips and Puerco Asado. And a large dos equis. And desert. After this, 14 minutes of ANYTHING (unless the ANYTHING was watching TV) was out of the question. Managed to complete all my "Todo's" though.

Saturday 7/7: todo failure. Just too many tasks added to my index card when I could be eating and watching tv. Next months habit focus should probably be Weekend Luddite...

Monday, July 16th - NoS diet failure. Went grocery shopping after work, and then stopped at the local chinese take-out place for dinner. I had just a plate, then about an hour or two later decided that I wanted something for desert so I made some pudding with ginger cookies for myself and my girlfriend.
