Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain

I ran across this book while performing random fitness searches an Amazon and have been reading it for the past few days. It's actually quite interesting, and provides a scientific explanation for why we feel so much better when exercise is a regular part of our lives, and why Reinhard feels smarter when he walks  If exercise is not a regular part of your life, this book seems like it will do an excellent job of selling you on the idea and likely getting you motivated. It's worth checking out in my opinion.

EDIT: The full book title wouldn't fit in the Subject line and thus became "Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Bra". Edited to avoid confusion - ie this is not a sports bra discussion!
