Well I am second week into SG! I up'ed a little! I went up to 15 reps in my first three move! Got 3 rounds in about 12 or 13 minutes! Then finished out with max pushups!!
Shovel
Churn
Chop Wood
Flip Switch stayed at 10 reps
Hoist Sack Stayed at 10 reps
Max Pushups!!
Want to get fundamentals done before start adding too many moves!! |

| OK! Did Routine without push ups at end, I feel it may be overdoing it! But I do feel like I need more leg work! I notice a lot of people include Hindu squats with shugging. I may and them at the end of my workout! |

Another thing to do if you feel like you aren't getting enough lower body workout is to incorporate knee flexing in SG move. Chopping, butter churn, etc., for most of those moves you could bend your knees at the bottom of the stroke. It'll really amp up the cardio. | Brent_Corkins wrote: | | Ok!
