I'm on my 3rd week of the No "S" Diet. And, I've been doing really good during the "S" days. But on the No "S" days, I have a hard time not eating EVERYTHING in site- thus gaining any weight I lost on No "S" Days.

Last weekend, I tried to eat less and didn't gain.

I would like some suggestions on how to constrain yourself on "S" days so as to not take back all the efforts of the No "S" Days.

Any suggestions?

Janey,

You'll get more responses on the "No S Diet General Discussion" forum - that's the area for questions, answers, discussions, etc.

This particular forum is more "success stories" (see the sticky - the note that is permanently at the top - for more details).

Best wishes, and look forward to seeing you over on the general discussion board. Smile
