I'm battling on the exercise front again - I start of well on Mon, then everything fizzles out by midweek. :oops:

This article lists 20 benefits of exercise, most of which we are familiar with, but still a handy reminder (or a gentle nudge):

Are you aiming at 14 minutes of ANYTHING to start? I've even had days on which I've divided THAT up into segments because I felt out of time at the regular time I exercise. Ended up doing more than 14 minutes total.

It would be good to add your own ideas and read that list daily until the habit is well established. thanks for posting it.

oolala, I like walking (and my dog loves it), but the most difficult part of my walking routine routine is the stretch from the front door to the gate...

I've also found that when I walk, the sledge also gets some attention. When I started shugging, I started out with 5 mins or so - I use a 12 pounder, and its brutal.

Anyway, today is a new day: I'll see how it goes

23 1/2 hours This is in the same vein, but it motivated me when I got serious about getting back in shape.
