Actually, I like the 3 meal S day idea. Did you see increased losses from it?

Non-Vanilla No Sers: what are your tweaks?

I'm thinking of doing smaller plates for 1-2 meals a day while still doing Vanilla No-S. What do you do to tweak the plan to work for you?

Thanks, Reinhard. I have breakfast defaults but definitely need some dinner and lunch ones. I was just moved to measure my plates and they're are whopping 12 inches. I've made the decision that if what I'm eating doesn't have a humongous serving of fruits or vegetables, I'll just be eating off of sa...

No worries. I looked up urban rangering and I tend to do that a lot as I live in a very walkable village. More walking and less driving can't hurt.

@whosonfirst - I do exercise already. Pretty intense HIIT based workouts 4x a week. I just have to rein it in

First year check in

I started No S after gaining weight during breastfeeding and not losing upon weaning. Before I got pregnant 4 years ago, I was *still* using Weight Watchers Momentum plan to maintain my status as a Lifetime member at goal. Once I got pregnant, I had horrible morning sickness (hyperemesis gravidarum)...

I've just added exercise into No S but I workout when I can (at night, during the week) and eat a big dinner afterwards. So far, so good.

Because No S hasn't changed. I just started No S in the summer but it's been around quite a few years. In that time, WW has majorly overhauled their programs citing new "research and scientific findings". Yet, their failure rate remains the same. The number of people who are on and and stay on maint...

FIRST and greatest non scale benefit: me, not my appetite, being in control. I still get the occasional grumble, but if it isn't mealtime, I ignore it and SECOND: I am not afraid of my stomach anymore. hahahaha. That is to say, I no longer think I have to superload my plate in order to stave off th...

Every time I'm tempted to cheat, I tell myself "it's this or tracking/calorie counting" and I give a shudder and put down the ice cream until the next S day.

Yay us! A colleague offered me some cherries yesterday when we sat down to brainstorm a project. I was going to take some and munch while we talked but I said "no". Looking back, I would've normally just said 'eh, they're cherries, not Doritos' and took them. I didn't even consider having some with ...

Hi! Newbie here

Hi everyone, I started No S 2 weeks ago and am just now getting to the boards. I'm soaking so much up from here, the website and the Facebook group. I'll be buying a copy of the book for DH and myself, soon. Is there a way to append a weight loss tracker slider to my signature? I'd love to visually ...
