Re: At my wits end. Is No S my last hope

I have attempted No S diet a couple of times in the past but I never seem to get past the first 3 days because I have conflict in my mind persuading me to try a different 'quick' diet method and on and on it goes. Today is my third day on this "diet". What you said here really resonates with me, be...

Wow, this is an old topic, but I am also having avatar issues. Same as the poster above. It's a jpg, 80x80 pixels... It says my profile is updated, but nothing shows up.

Failure :( Managed to get breakfast this morning! 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal with diced apple, cinnamon and 1% milk (1% because that's all we have in the house right now, I would have preferred whole milke) with a cup of chamomile tea. I work today, so not sure how lunch will go. And dinner is usu...

SUCCESS! Today I missed breakfast. Lunch was a Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad from McDonald's. Dinner was fried potatoes with two fried eggs on top, two strips of bacon, two pieces of toast with strawberry cream cheese, and a handful of cherries. In between I had cups of herbal tea, only two of...

What are the rules if you miss a meal?

Today I missed breakfast... I was busy, I didn't have time to make breakfast, so I just didn't have it. It's 12pm or a little later here, and I plan on having a grilled chicken salad for lunch. So what are the rules if you miss a meal? Do you get to make up for it later in the day, or are you just s...

Thank you, ladies, for the warm welcome! :) So this is day one for me, not quite over. I've been reading through the posts and seeing how everyone handles their habits and such. I feel a bit free since I am starting on an S day, Sunday... I feel inclined to post what I ate, just to sort of keep a r...

I'm glad you're not having as much stomach trouble. The way you described it, it almost sounds like you have a gluten allergy... But then I don't know if there is gluten in Life cereal, because you seemed to be able to eat that. Do you usually get any pain or sickness from eating bread?

Chanda's Daily Check In

Hello! I just read about this diet. It sounds great, nice and simple, no calorie counting or restriction of foods. I've tried A LOT of other diets over the years and I'm pretty sick of dieting. Since I am starting on an S day I won't record any food, I'll start that on Monday. I'm really looking for...
