Another S day! I'm just trying to eat in moderation and make (mostly) healthy choices. Chanda's Check-in

I'm making a new check-in thread, because this time around, I'm really going to do this.

Vanilla No S, no tweaks. Today is my first N day. I can do this. Heck, the French eat this way every day. No snacking between meals, I mean. If they can do it, I can do it.

Re: Chanda's Daily Check In

Seven days ago on April 10th, I was 191 lbs. Today is April 17th, and I am 187.4. Wow! 3.6 lbs in 7 days. That's pretty good! And the great thing is that it can't be just water weight, like the first week of keto, because I have been eating all the carbs. Potatoes, chocolate cake, cereal, bread, sug...

Thanks, Soprano! I was thinking along those lines, especially since I just take little sips of it, and it lasts me for hours.

Today will start with coffee. Oh, I forgot to mention, all of the coffee drinks that I have are decaf. I have been off of caffeine for quite a while. Actually, I'm a cashier in my small town's local and only grocery store. The one where donuts are freshly made from scratch every day. It might sound like a couple of steps down, but I love it. When you have a Coke, is it only on S days, or is it part of a meal? Does it count as a sweet?
