I'm back after about 6 weeks absence. Due to many things - too busy, too many failures, away with family and no internet, etc etc. Not all failures though - the afternoon snacking seems to much less of a problem. Plan for the week made, head back in the game - a few more pounds to loose (sigh) but I...

End of the month

February is almost over - this is the last weekend of the month. I'm weighing myself once a month at the moment - to allow the systems to form. But the scales looming are focusing the mind - in a good way. Lets keep it up....and on into March. I so appreciate the control - not ending the day feeling...

This week I have begun to moderate my plate sizes. I am just weighing every month - but using 'jean tightness' there didn't seem to be much looseness developing. So decided I needed to have a look at what goes onto my plate. Mostly been a more moderate week. Green all the way.

Well done Merry, I love hearing about everyone's adjustments and journeys. I too eat things so fast...I realised a while ago that I would justify seconds, or thirds on the basis that I will enjoy them and taste them! Why don't I just eat more slowly first time round - and now with No S I need to!
