Your comment: My exercise of choice is lots of cleaning the house and ironing because I hate cleaning as much as exercising, I must clean so it kills two birds with one stone and I get a clean house in return. I love this, and will remember it next time I am dreading the household cleaning chores! S...

Podcast Request

Reinhard - I would LOVE to hear a fresh new podcast (because reading the blog on my long walks does not end well LOL). I so enjoyed all of them so far and realize most subjects have already been covered, but does anyone else here have an interest in a new one? Any particular subject? Maybe the best ...

I find the French eating culture to be very much in line with NO S, so I hope this link is appropriate to add here.

This is a youtube video I just LOVE on French eating habits from an actual French person.

It is long and filled with fluff, but if you take the time to read it through, the summary at the end truly supports the main points of NO S even if a wee bit modified from Vanilla. My modified NO S plan is 3 meals a day of any food-nothing off limits, 7 days a week ("stolen" from Lifeisablessing's mod!). I do not take weekend S days, but do take "extra special" S days, keeping moderation in mind. And lastly, in case of a true emergency ONLY, I allow a 4th mini very healthy mea...
