So i am going through this S day.......and i find myself running through different foods that i dont even want. i grabbed some pringles ate half them gave the rest away. did the say with some skittles, some snickers, some chex mix, and some doritos. lol. I think i am done and I am back to my senses....

Day 11 Success Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Drumsticks, Brocolli and cheese. Corn on the cob. Dinner: Big ol plate of jollof rice, a few carrots, and a tangerine. Feeling guilty about S day.
This is my first S day ever its 2pm. I had Waffles and granola bar for breakfast about 9:30am then at 1 i had 2 more granola bars. I know this is my S day but i feel like im regressing. Deep down i really want to just enjoy it since i had 4 very good N days so far.
