Hello everyone! I have tried and failed at NO S roughly 3-4 times in the past 5 ish years I have heard about it. I always get scared that I won't lose any weight without calorie counting. It also depends on what weight you are trying to achieve. Both my mother and my sister are in healthy weight ranges. Day 3- did great even at a family BBQ.
Day 4- failed.

I keep failing because I think I delight sometimes in eating too little for each meal then it bites me in the butt later. I do better on days with medium sized meals.
