Yum , I love the EBTB seasoning on buttered toast. it's also excellent on hard boiled eggs!

I do take magnesium, and it seems to help most of the time. It also helped with the constipation i was getting while IF. Margot thanks...I will have to try the ashwangandha. the problem with only weighing weekly is that you can easily catch your high weight for the week on one day.

I like daily weighing with a weekly average. My Fitbit app actually does it for me.

I use a Fitbit in an ankle strap mainly because it counts my steps better. I noticed that if I am pushing a cart in the grocery store I got almost no steps. Silly, as I know I am still getting the same amount but I want full credit :lol:

I have had anxiety my entire life and only started consciously treating it about three years ago. If you want to consider meds, I can say that Wellbutrin has been a blessing.i wish I had not waited so long ( I am 58. )

are you eating a substantial lunch? And at what time? I do better if I can delay my lunch til after 1....I don’t get home until 6.

Also make sure you are getting some healthy fat in your lunch. I find that keeps me full longer.

Thanks! For now, I just want to establish three normal sized meals with no snacking. I did find that on my first day I caught myself a few times waiting to eat some nuts or something small between lunch and dinner. I often wander through the halls at my office to see if there is anything tasty lying...
