I wanted to say, puggles look adorable. I dog-sitted a bulldog in my 20's, which I utterly adored, and I know it isn't the same as a pug but, they share the same health problems. I can't imagine having a dog with the personality of Arturo (my darling) AND a better equipped body. Must be amazing!

Yeah I don't really know because I didn't weigh in that period. There was a lot of push and pull but I mostly overate very consistently.

Yes I mean the whole point is that of working with your body and mind and not against it. The same restrictions can feel difficult for some and not for others. Because this is a long term commitment, one really needs to feel free to keep looking for what feels easily doable.

Things make no sense at all. On Thursday I had a NWS and I gained 1.5 kg because of just a slice of chocolate cake. Yesterday was a f-it moment and I had 2 slices of pizza both lunch and dinner, plus a 1/2l bottle of coca cola, and I didn't gain any.

Thanks. If you eat averagely 1500 cal/day, 15% is 225 cal, that is ca 56 g of proteins. I don't know how many calories I averagely eat either, and I suspect it varies a lot. Oh wow, apples have saved me too from the thousands parenting remorses! I sneaked them in like, everywhere! Now my son has changed, today he even ate the skin of the aubergine, so impressed. Also, he steals pieces of my apple, which he shouldn't.
