I fell off the rails a bit due to illness but "begin again" seems to be the best way to make No S a lifestyle. Today is already red, but I am not waiting until tomorrow to start fresh.

Thanks, Oolala! Calorie counting has really helped a lot - not so much for the calories, but to make sure my meals are healthy and balanced. After a few weeks back on vanilla no S, the binge eating temptations subsided significantly.

I didn't manage daily check ins here this week, but I have started using habitcal and like it a lot. I realized that this is the longest I have stuck with anything diet related by a long shot. I wouldn't say it has been easy, but it is easier than the alternative and I am grateful for that.
