Week 2, only worked out 1 day, but had 4 green food days, and my only red day was because I was ravenous on Thursday and had a bunch of grapes before dinner. Was better than the pantry raid I was considering.

Before I work out, I generally will drink a glass of OJ or some Odwalla superfood, that gives me the quick energy to get into the swing of things. Since I do a high intensity jogging/running/sprinting routine on the treadmill first, I just roll from that right into SG, with a minute to breath between.

I did BFL 3 years ago and lost 50 pounds. Gained back 30 of it. I couldn't maintain the eating, but I do like the work outs. I still do his cardio routine, as I've found nothing increases lung capacity more quickly.

for me, binging is directly proportionate with the level of sugar addiction I'm experienceing. If I'm on No S for a couple of weeks, the urge to binge goes away. It's like I can hear my body better.

thanks, Carolejo, hadn't gone anywhere, just sitting on my couch pounding down Hostess Cup Cakes and watching the belly grow. I have kept up withe exercise, so I've only regained about 5 pounds of the 20 I lost.

Well, Kevin, I bought Furrey's book, and have been doing the Royal Court 3 days a week, giving the weights a rest. (other three days I SG and run)

I'm up to 50 Hindu squats
only about 5 perfect form Hindu pushups
Bridging...I'm using a stability ball.

An old trick for soreness, pop a couple ibuprophen before you shovel, it opens up the capilaries and does't allow for as much build up of lactic acid.

Ok, had a good day right up until dinner time...went out with a friend and blew it! Ouy. I'm pissed.

Workout was great, upper body weights. Thinking about getting Combat Conditioning. Working out with your own body weight appeals to me.

Ok, had my first real slip up today.
