3) Glass ceiling.... SUCCESS - had 2 pints of dark beer while eating out. 1st in about 3 weeks, tasted all the better for it...

that's an awesome workout. I like the simplicity of it. The ladder/descending sets thing works quite nicely as well in terms of motivation while you're doing it I find.
