Remember me?

Hi Everyone. I feel like someone who ran away from home. I have been doing good. I did lose some weight while I was gone. 11 lbs. But then the other day I started a binge and didn't like it. I felt a slave to my eating and couldn't stop. When I came to my senses I realized I needed something to take...

Yoga tapes

Hi Deb. I have a set ot tapes I got at BJ's Wholesale a few years back. The are by Rodney Yee-AM Yoga, Yoga For Abs and PM Yoga. It is a beginning series and not too long so I don't have trouble fitting it in. I do one a day. I find that it was easy to get familiar with the moves so I don't have to ...

Yoga

Hi Deb. I haven't checked in for awhile and funny I pulled out my yoga tapes a few weeks ago. I really enjoy them and don't know why I didn't stick to them. It seems to force me to relax.

I am joining you.

Jan I know what you mean about not saying anything. I am the same way. I think we are afraid of them noticing if we fail (again). I know that is my problem. Re: the sledgehammer. My husband had one in the barn and I brought it in the house and hid it in the laundry room (where I knew he would never ...

Weekend Luddite

Reinhard I am sending that page to my son. He is a computer programmer also and I think he needs it too. No family yet to really make it necessary (maybe that is why his girlfriend just broke up with him) but maybe he needs to learn to take a break before he really needs it.

Ads

Reinhard, the ads don't bother me a bit. Covering expenses is very important and your time is money too.

I am still getting used to the new format and I am gettingthe hang of it.
