I think you sometimes just have to do what you've got to do. I manage a restaurant...I don't get "breaks." 3 days a week, I bring my lunch with me to work and if I get to sit down and eat it, great...otherwise I just eat what I can, when I can...sometimes that means my lunch gets eaten in 3 breaks. ...
