Hey Posh, that makes sense to me. I also eat decadent sugar on the weekends, a thick slice of cake from the bakery or really rich ice cream - it's stuff that I would have considered too "caloric" before even though I was eating three BOXES of 100-calorie pack Oreos. For me it's just been an o...

I am getting enough food, 1400 to 2000+ Kcal per day; a lot of this is excess weight I gained very quickly when I moved to my new state so I think the body wants to let go of it just as quickly. My only modifications are: I stick with the no snack and no seconds rule EVERYday a...

41 days; 19.5 pounds

Hi all! I just wanted to check in and say this plan really works if you work it. I began on October 15 at 247 pounds and I weighed in on Friday morning to a loss of 19+ pounds, an average of .5 pounds per day. I went from being a binge eater with occasional purges via laxatives and vomiting ...

My take...

I couldn't disagree more. I have 21 days recovery from disordered eating (10 years diagnosed and treated now) and I have been using No S as my template for a plan of eating and doing very, very well. Do I follow No S to a T? No. Because I am in (grateful) recovery I keep two of the No S principles o...

Yesterday was my first true No S day in a long time, and I have to thank my friend who called me right about 5:30 and kept me on the phone until bedtime. Unfortunately, I woke up in the middle of the night sick as a dog with fever, etc. so today is a No S with lots of water and vitamins and soup. It...

Senanbar's No S Journal

I have been off and on with the program and I hope to spend some more time here for inspiration and motivation. Also, to chronicle my progress. About me : 29 years old, American Indian female, married, living in a health-conscious and very active city in the Southeast USA; I've done every diet out ...

I have a smoothie every morning made of yogurt, frozen berries, protein powder, probiotic powder, and a little bit of vanilla extract. Tastes great, filling and I always know what I am having.
