I agree Tunafishkid.

Reinhard, have you heard some of the recent "homemade" releases on Audible? It makes your "rough" attempt sound polished. I really enjoy listening to you as a reader, as well.

Sherry, congratulations on your accomplishment. Remember, if you aren't doing NoS, what is the alternative? You can do it!

Shannah, keep up the great work.

I'm surprised that I've dropped 4 pounds, 3 weeks in. I know some is water weight, but still, it's encouraging. Only 7ish more pounds to go. I know it will be slower from here on out, but now I have comfirmation that it WILL happen, steadily. :D

Thanks again.

Thanks Olala. Good luck to you as well. One of my first attempts, I went several successful months. But because I don't really have a lot of weight to lose, I got arrogant, thinking I could just cut back, and I could keep my weight where I want. As I age, it's getting harder. So now I ask, well, if ...

Well everyone, this is my 5th or 6th try over the past 4 years, but I am back and checking in with 21 successful NoS Days behind me.

Thanks for the support, and see you in three more weeks.

Thanks and updates

First, I want to thank everyone for their encouraging thoughts and support. I have tried NoS a few times already, and am coming back to once again. At the end of the day tomorrow, I will hit the 3 week mark (again). To inspirite myself, I reread the NoS book. As a result, I've really noticed lately ...

Very interesting. I've always thought stomachs can shrink as well. Anyway, I'm experiencing the same sensation. I am on Day 13, and I have trouble eating anything more than a plateful even on S days. What a great side effect of NoS.

It's good to read further responses. I"m sitll doing well, and am on day 9. I'm doing a little better with hunger, so I think in the past, I wasn't eating enough. However, now, sometimes I feel like I'm eating too much. I feel that I will find the balance though. Thanks for your thoughts everyone. A...

Have any of you heard of the Full Plate Diet? It advocates increasing your fiber slowly over time. The premise is to eat your fiber first so that you get full sooner and won't want to eat as much of other things on your plate that may be less healthy. I, myself, struggle wiht this, as my stomach see...

Shanna, I just wanted to say that I was encouraged reading your post. I have only about 10 or 11 pounds to lose, so I'm glad to hear NoS really works for those already close to their goal weight. I'm much older than you, and I do exercise regularly, at least 6 days a week. I am a repeating re-starte...

Betty, thanks for your post. I am also coming back after 4 or 5 tries. I remember even going for several months during one of my attempts and feeling really good about my weight. When I reflect about reasons I stopped, there are a couple. One is the one you mention, getting too hungry. I eat at 5:30...

Hello all, This is my first time posting, and I just had to reply. I was amazed at those neutral and negative comments. That woman who didn't lose weight in one week and found it hard was incredible. I wonder how difficult she finds a real diet. (I don't consider NoS a real diet, just good sense!) B...
