I think you'll find that S days can vary considerably. I've had days similar to the one you've described (just not hungry at all), and then I've had days where I've just eaten anything wafted under my nose (Like this weekend! :lol: ). Day 1321: SUCCESS!

No funny stuff at all (still had my 3:00pm drink, but bought Coffeemate at lunch time so I could have Caro instead of Hot Choc/Soup).

Rangered as normal. No SG or any other exercise.

I don't know why I haven't already commented in this thread... I generally eat breakfast just before 6:30 am (I have to leave home at 6:30 to catch the bus). Breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal followed by a slice of toast. Lunch is around 11:30 am. That's five hours later, which can be a struggle...
