Yes, I'm very, very awful about the whole time-keeping thing. Monday and Tuesday, August 25-26th Success I've taken out the shovelglove for the time being, on account of the fact that it's really, really freaking hot outside now, and that 30-45 minutes of swimming probably works just as well. Much, much failure in fact. I forgot about the shovelglove, my legs were still sore from yesterday's epic bike ride so I only managed about 20 minutes, and curse you, chocolate <.<

Friday, August 8" Success Sorta. Dinner wasn't exactly healthy, but no sugar, and I ate very little. I think I could square it with myself, even in the face of an angry, vengeful diet God.
