Yes I've started this system as of Monday. I've just yet to hit the 1 or 20. I'm not quite using this in the same manner as the Deck of Cards type workouts. The Karl Gotch Bible being one example. I use 1 as critical failure. You have to defend the walls with this scenario: http://www.shovelglove.co...

I recently found a copy of The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder. This introduced the Five Tibetan Rites. You get official instructions as well as a visit to some Shangri-La monastery. The book is in .pdf format and brief research leads me to believe it is in the public domain....

Task based Shovel Glove

I was wondering if anyone had tinkered with the idea of setting up a variety of reps of various exercises and using that as your daily "chores." Complete the task and you are finished regardless of the timer. The task get's too eay you add more work. Using the basic program of: Shovel:40 Churn:20 Ch...

Let's just say several months of failure. I'll blame it on this:

'I have taken and hidden the Hammer of Thunder Eight miles deep, way under the ground: Henceforth no god shall get it back Till you fetch me Freya for my future bride.'

See that really muddled the mixture.

Monday is a new N-day.

Names are place holders. Titles that represent concepts. As a name Shovel Glove seems appropriate in my mind. It is colorful and fits well with the concept it represents.
