So, its been over a year since I have written here. I have been meaning to come back, but I have been so busy. I haven’t even been reading the forum. Thank you, Dalia and Merry! â™¥ï¸ My idea to have no weight loss goals came from years of hardcore dieting in my 20’s. I lost 70 plus pounds 3 times. The lowest I ever got was 169, and I couldn’t get the scale to budge after that no matter what I tried. I even went low carb, and I’m a vegetari...

Wow, you guys! Thank you so much for such lovely, kind words. Thank you tobiasmom, Amy3010, Jenji, Octavia and Oolala. â¤ï¸ By the way, Oolala-I’ve loved reading about your decluttering efforts via the KonMari method. I’m a bit of a minimalist myself. I think minimalism has a lot in common with ...

Crystal’s Weekly Check-In

Thank you Oolala! I hope you have a wonderful 2018 as well. I always appreciate your kindness, straightforwardness, and words of wisdom. I’ve decided to change this to a weekly check-in. I’m not very good about checking in daily and I’ve got a lot on my plate with my daughter just starting sch...

Haven’t felt like checking in for the rest of December, but January 1 is coming to a close in Singapore so I thought I’d better get back to it. I had a pretty successful week last week. Probably ate a bit too much on the weekend, but it was the weekend. I just considered today a normal day and m...

It’s Monday night here. Today was a success.

The weekend was good. I ate a few snacks here and there, and was never very hungry for meals. I did eat my meals anyway but did not enjoy them nearly as much as I do when I’m hungry. Being hungry for meals is one of the best things about No S.
