Newbie

HI everyone out there! I began No S a couple of weeks ago and it started to work straight away. Then I had a trip to Australia to visit my folks, and what with the jet lag and everything I went off the deep end. I'm now looking to start again and :) I'm looking for a buddy who is also starting out.

First Day

This is my first day on the No S diet. So far, so good except that it is 3:30pm and I am starving. I don't know what time my husband is going to be home for dinner but at 5PM I'm going to start preparing it! :?
