Slim fast was by far the wackiest one for me drink two shakes of pure sugar flavored milk and and a sensible dinner! yeah right i was so starved i chewed on gum the whole day to beat the hunger cravings and then i would pig out at dinner because i was so deprived. New today!

I was at the bookstore and i just happened to see the No s diet book and picked it up. It sounds so freeing. I really want to get healthy and stop the yo yo dieting and binging. I want to hear from people who are working the program and having success. I am starting tomorrow and i cannot wait. :D
