No-s take three
Okay, so I'm back again. Twice on plan for a month, twice fallen off the wagon for several months. I'm heavier now than I was 9months pregnant with my first 2 kids! The temptation to hop on a fast loss diet is really eating at me, so I could use some moral support here :( It's the sweets that are ki...

21 days!
Today is my 21st day of NoS compliance! 32 days since I first started. I've lost 2-3 lbs, but I wanted to share with you what I've gained... 1)I have so much more time and energy to do things around the house because I'm not wasting it all counting calories and worrying about what to eat next. 2)I'v...

I think I saw the cover!
At the grocery last night I think I saw the Woman's World cover. The issue was dated April 7th, and the woman on the front was named Heather (which I'm not sure if that's Blondie's name or not). I had 3 tired kids with me, so I couldn't do more than glance, but I think that was it!

I was so happy to see your post! I just had an Easter Candy slip up(I had eaten a handful before I even knew what happened), and it really helped to be reminded that there are going to be false starts before things get smoother. I think because NoS seems so simple, it's hard to believe that it takes...

Ohhh Noooo!!!
So all week, whenever I've wanted a treat, I put it away in the cupboard to have this weekend. There was 2 brownies, a chocolate chip cookie, a no-bake bar, and some hot chocolate mix in a little box hidden in the back waiting for me to get to S. Well, I just went to look at my stash (and fantasize ...

Wow, these posts are like a trip down memory lane! I spent 5 months on the cabbage soup diet, leading to a long term hatred of vegetable soup. I had completely forgotten about that Mayo clinic diet with the all banana and milk day! I did that for like 3 or 4 months once. I thought I had tried every ...

I found my copy at a Barnes & Noble in Wisconsin. It was on a table with a bunch of other diet books. The other books all had 5 or 6 copies each, but there were only 2 of the no S book. I don't know if this is because the other copies had been purchased, or because they didn't put out as many copies...

I am amazed!
I found this book completely by accident, trying to get my 5 mo old to fall asleep in her stroller at a mall! Months before, I had decided that I was just going to be fat, because I wasn't willing to go through what it takes to lose weight again. But, I felt that I was willing to No S so it seemed w...
