I'm with you on not posting menu's, this plan isn't about that for me and focusing on it makes me feel like I'm on a diet which is the opposite of how I feel about NoS.

Ice-cream is a sweet.

Anything that is sweet tasting is considered a sweet. Small amounts of honey or sugar in tea/coffer are generally considered fine as are trace amounts but clear desserts like cakes, cookies, and ice-cream are sweets.

Leftover lasagna or other pasta dishes is good for lunch. I also make fried rice with chicken and chicken noodle soup which are good. I used to make pita sandwiches a lot.
