Thanks for the welcome. I use the one handed thing as a filler, basically until i find more moves that work for me that i can rotate. Yesterday i added in some paddeling, which took up some drum time. We'll see how things work.

High intensity, low duration. I just go from move to move, and have one move I call Beat the Drum that I add to the end that i do until time-out. It's in the movenents thread in my Topic. Hugely tiring, but fun.

I'd guess it's all about grip strength. If you think about it, most of the things with handles that we use everyday have handles half the diameter of what we are using. Plus we are using dynamic motion to workout, swinging a generally greater weight than we are used to, and not wanting it to fly thr...

This is a great idea. My brother got me turned onto it, and I have begun the workouts. I have Jujutsu on mondays, and Judo Tuesdays, so i am useing those as my "Off" days.
