Also: psyllium capsules (NOW is a good brand), 1-2 a day. Even though I eat veggies out the wazoo, the doc recommended them. Since I never do anything they say without trying it first, I did. Good stuff. You will have lovely velvety poops on a regular schedule. :lol:
