Has anybody tried Cappella Flavor Drops? They've recently come out with drops for water. Before they've only had drops for coffee, shakes, etc. Their new line of H2O drops include spearmint, chocolate mint, coconut mint, peppermint & pear. Well, I do plan to reward myself with non food things. My 1st reward for going 30 Days on Habit is to buy a flat panel computer monitor for home. I haven't decided what size yet. We still have a hugh clunky monitor that takes up way too much room.

One of the things I liked about the diet is I just had to start it. Like Nossuzy said--I didn't have to go out & buy a bunch of diet food in order to start & stay on plan--only to not use the food at all & have to throw out the next time I purge my pantry. This is going to be great!!!
