I know exactly how you feel. I get so angry when crap drinks cost less than water. IT'S WATER!!! I refuse to eat foods that contain high fructose corn syrup. It's in EVERYTHING. (And I just noticed it's even in Campbell's tomato soup -wtf?) Amy's Organics are the BEST. So when I purchase pure simple...

sugar

The times when I consume a lot of sugar then suddenly stop eating it I feel some withdrawal effects (much like when I cut back on caffeine.) You're not getting those constant sugar highs now and you're body may be readjusting. Sugar really wreaks havoc on my body. The mood swings are just intolerabl...

the scales

I love breakfast!

I'm a newbie too, but I assume cereals that contain sugar on N days is a no....

I had Puffins (they contain cane sugar) for breakfast this morning (Saturday) because they have sugar, but I'm not going to eat them during my N days.

If I'm wrong someone please advise!

Congratulations....

on your WW's article. Prepare for the deluge! Your plan sounds fantastic (and so simple, yeah!) I'm going to try it, I love the idea of no snacking (guilty), no seconds (guilty guilty) and no sugar (don't ask.) I'm also contemplating a sledge hammer purchase, thankfully I have no cats to kill.
