Just to elaborate a bit on what blueskighs posted about the one plate...make sure you don't pile it high with food just to take advantage of the one-plate rule. Everything should be in a single layer.

Amen to that! Thanks for putting hunger in perspective. Honesty, what most Americans perceive as hunger pales in comparison to what the actual starving people from all over the world are facing on a daily basis. :(

I don't want to speak for Reinhard, but I think it was wording in the actual article, not so much on the cover. I noticed a few things that didn't seem to ring tru...

Question for those with less to lose!

Hi all, I just read about the No S Diet in Woman's World and it sounds so doable. I think my husband, who hates all diets, would even approve of this way of life (God forbid he give up his precious tortillas with every meal... :lol: ). My question is for my mom, though. She is only 5'3" and weighs 1...
