Great to see you all here! Brandy_S, the time stamps are all GMT (greenwich mean time). jansw, though I'm happy for you, I'd be wary of reading too much into that 3 pounds. This is a slow, moderate diet and it takes weeks or months to see meaningful results. I just don't want you to be disappointed...

started my no s plan yesterday
i applied the principles of this plan starting yesterday and today i am 3 lbs lighter!!! now that's what i'm talking about. i am a binger and an on or off diet type of personality. once i slip up i find it very hard to get back on track and i eat much larger portions than i should. just knowing that...
