I swim a little less than two miles a day, doing all four strokes. I am about to start doing some shovelglove, as well. I keep putting that off, though, because I don't know which sledgehammer to buy. (Eight pounds? Heavier, etc.?) Any input would be appreciated.

I get a nasty poison ivy rash every year and always end up taking Prednisone. I just look at those little pills and gain five pounds of water weight. A day or two after I finish the complete dose, I drop the five pounds. I am taking it now and do not intend to weigh myself!

Ditto. Today I had to go to the internist because of a bad case of poison ivy. The scale there will never be my friend, so I told the nurse that I didn't want to know the number, not to tell me. I didn't have to return home and go on a binge triggered by three numbers.
