What a smart post on moderation. Was thinking about it this morning as I walked. On WW we were given so many points per day-period. Although we could "Eat Your Activity Points" we were kind of discouraged from doing so in order to lose weight faster. Or maybe I just encouraged myself not to eat them...

Yesterday makes 6 weeks (42 days=2x21) back on habit. Why is this easier this time? Is it because I no longer feel like a kid caught with her hands in the cookie jar? I've sneaked food for as long as I can recall-a sure way to add excitement into eating. I liked what someone posted about having a ha...

I know that one rant we, at least most of us, seem to have, is about our weekend days. You Very kindly just keep beating the same drum.

I thinks I may finally be able to hear the beat.

Hey Jenny, I could have written this post myself. I had a glass ceiling habitcal and then started one named WOW for with out wine during the week. For me it was because I realized that the glass or 2 (and how much is a glass?) made it harder for me to contain myself to N day food intake. I try to re...

Heading back to my favorite renewal place-the beach. After being so virtuous about more veggies and fruits, I ended up junking it at Chik-fil-a. I know that is certainly allowable, but I'm wanting to walk wisely. Sigh!

Here's to a peaceful couple of S days.

Dear KCCC,

So sorry you are feeling lousy. Hope you will have the space to take care of yourself.

BTW Nibbled To Death By Ducks is the name of a mystery novel by Robert Campbell. Do you know HIM??? That would be very cool.

Thanks, Blue,

Now I'm at Day 35 of my new renewal. I'm watching more of what I eat...Making sure the veggies and fruits go on the plate first has been a bit of a challenge but also a good one.

It is so sweet to be CALM about food.

Being at OUR age is interesting, isn't it? That was very insightful about not making the to-do list at 120%. It is time to give ourselves more grace. You are doing a great job!
