All things seen in table mode

Is there any way to see all habits in one table view, for example if for the month you want to see all of your habits in just one table for the month? I'd like to be able to view all of my habits on just the one calendar month table.

I have this same problem with weekends and getting out of control, but I think I have found a solution. While I'm eating 3 healthy portioned meals (an 1 snack at bedtime due to diabetes), on the weekend (S days) I still get those meals in but they are not the balanced-type meals. For instance, for b...

article

Really interesting article, enjoyed reading and relating to it. For me it is true if you eat 25% of your food at breakfast, 50% of your food at lunch, and 25% at supper, then you're better able to resist temptation for snacks and seconds. When I eat a bigger lunch, I'm not so ravenous at dinner and ...

Habitcal - puts it in perspective

Hay, I was looking at my habitcal and noticed that there were 18 days colored in for the month (started no-s-ing on 4/7) and only 3 are red, and 2 of those red days, according to my check-in were failures, but not bad failures...only 1 was a bad failure in 18 days! I've had to start my 21-day regime...

Just last night my family commented that they had not had a pork roast in a long time, and wanted to know what was going on....lol. I always tended not to buy too much pork products in favor of chicken, fish, etc. They commented on how good all the food tasted (I too am an accomplished cook  )...

I too graduated in 1979, and although was a fat kid, I've become an even fatter adult! When I separated from my first hubby in 2005 I was at a whopping 368 lbs. I'm now down to 272 (but my lowest was 250 when I remarried in 2007 - put back on about 30 lbs after going on insulin, taking off only abou...

Tiffani,
This is really good, sound advice. I'm going to try the 1/3 plating and see if that helps me more than 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, and 1/2 fruits/vegies. Thanks :D

If you can find divided plates, even the paper ones, (I think it's Cornett) that have the 3 sections would help with portion control and food running together. If you are getting shaky then you might want to have your blood sugar checked. This is a sign of prediabetes and that you can combat now if you find out early that you have it. If your sugar is low (under 70) then you need a carbohydrate without any oils or fat in it...straight sugary stuff (orange ...
