Great job! Make sure you are getting enough to drink. Also, I find if I don't eat breakfast, or just have protein, like an egg, I am less hungry. You are doing fantastic!

Down to 214. Should post more often, as it is motivating to see that I have lost weight this month. Don't know why, but I weigh every day, so sometimes it seems like the scale isn't moving. But I see I'm down 6 lbs. :D

Well, up a couple of pounds this week for some reason. I know I need to drink more water. And I did have ice cream a couple of times over the weekend, but they were S days. Will keep trying.

Matt -

Use a lighter sledge hammer (or whatever) until you're comfortable with it. If you're aching and beat, you're overdoing it. Also, you may have to work up to the 14 minutes. Take your time. This isn't a speedy process.
