I do intervals on the treadmill, and I just started using Russian kettlebells. I did SG for a couple of weeks and I really liked it, but decided to give the kettlebells a try, and I can't really do both. I've also done T-Tapp for about 3 years, but I think it's time to try something else for a while...

Cool! Always helps to have others along for the ride. How is everyone doing today? So far so good here. It's easier to be strict with this thing than to allow (or make up--LOL) any of those pesky gray areas.
