Welcome to you, Pointsbandit, Informatix and Sharky! This plan does indeed work and as the old song says, The best things in life are free!!!! And even his book is very reasonably priced. But the part that I like the best is that this plan does work. It might be hard at first giving up the sweets an...

Don't have to face the doctor issue for 6 weeks. Then I go in for a repeat on some blood work. And I know that I have to be weighed because when I spoke to the nurse on the phone I told her I had gained a lot of weight this past year. But I also told her I was on the No S plan and she thought it sou...

Just talked to my doctor's nurse about some test results and told her what I was doing and she said it sounded great! So that made me feel good, of course. Also told her I wasn't weighing weekly so didn't know how much weight, if any, that I had lost. Have to go in to them in 6 weeks to repeat some ...

So glad I read this forum! I too have been a slave to the scale and had just said in another post that I was going to put it in the closet so it couldn't continually beckon to me!
