Re: triggered binge eating

I've been so good for the last two weeks ( after a disastrous past month) but yesterday ( wednesday) we had a friend over for dinner and had some wine with dinner. After this I was asked whether I wanted dessert . I was going to say no but had to change my mind when I saw everyone else tucking in (...

It can be very discouraging! But remember that you are losing weight slowly, and it is coming from fat loss, rather than a quick loss of water. It is discouraging for me, as well, when I think about how much weight I have lost, and how much is left to lose! Or when my weight bobs up by 5 pounds ove...

I also noticed from your siggie that you are breastfeeding. That definitely adds to the number of calories you need daily. Some people adopt one No S rule at a time. Congradulations on the baby. I heard that the only time a woman can burn cellulite is when she is nursing a baby. It makes sense that you put that extra on to provide for the baby, and some of it comes off as you feed the baby! Do give it time, and be sure to nourish yourself. Baby is very importan...

I have heard the phrase "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." But that is not true for me. Only occasionally. I would suggest that even the H2Orange is not meant to replace meals that are too small...maybe look at what you had for breakfast, and try to make it something with more staying power. I'm glad you got something to combat the shakes. Too bad you can't get the same healthy choice...
