For the "cream pie"? I just take two packets of oatmeal and mix it with water, then add a scoop of protein powder and a packet of sweetener and mix it up really well, then stir in a serving of vanilla greek yogurt. :) That's it! So simple! :D

I count any day that I don't go to work as an "S" day. :) If I'm not at work then it's either because it's a holiday, I'm on vacation, it's an "S" day, or I'm sick.

I think it's just a matter of preference and nutritional needs... I don't like drinking protein shakes, but I like mixing protein powder, plain oatmeal (made with water), and a container of yogurt together. yum! :D

i used to be a huge nighttime snacker... nighttime was my trouble time! Now not only do I not thinking of snacking at night, but I find that I can't sleep if I have a full stomach. :) I just realized the change the other day and it shocked me that I could suddenly feel so different!

I haven't read the book, but I'm always looking for a good read. I'm going to look it up right now! :D "S" days is where I failed in the past before, and that's why I started incorporating intermittent fasting with No S. I personally fast for 19 hours a day (and eat during a 5 hour window) every day...
