Well.....since Gray's Anatomy came back on last night I declared that I was not going to cook and so we decided on pizza and wings. I was "starving" by the time we g...

Re: Who's kidding who?

I found the answer on my plate...too much food (big sigh here)! Not just too much food but not great choices either (oh no not again). And instead of throwing away all of your hard work and heading for the cookie jar you took a long, hard look at what you may be doing wrong. That sounds like a big ...

I have not told anyone that I am nos'ing and guess what? Not one person has noticed! As long as their supper is ready and they have snacks they couldn't give a rat's behind what I eat or if I eat. I won't tell my husband because he has always tried to sabotage any diet that I've tried. So, yep, I'm ...

Well, how'd it go? Mondays are the hardest days for me too. What I do is try to get back into the swing of things starting Sunday evening. Ease my way back into the week.

I buy plastic, divided plates for my kids to eat on. I get them at WalMart usually on an aisle that they have all of the plastic dishes for summer. Usually only a couple of bucks for several.

I agree!!

My kids have shown fair animals for years and with that I've learned that a gallon of water weighs 8 pounds and that taking a pig off of water can make them drop a lot of weight.

So.....dehydration = weight loss not weight gain

Good Luck!!!
I have a teenage daughter that was on the "heavier" side and when she heard about how the empty calories and sugar in soda help you pack on the pounds she quit her Dr. Pepper habit cold turkey. It worked! She has not had a soda of any sort in over 2 years and is looking great.

I eat pretty much whatever's leftover or available. What I do try to do everyday is eat an apple before I eat my lunch and that helps to keep me from over indulging in the things that may not be as healthy. This is my 6th day nosing and so far so good.
