I'm feeling much better health wise although my NoS has started pretty sloppy. It was my birthday on Sunday and I definitely over ate and had too much alcohol. I am so happy that it wasn't as bad as it could've been knowing me. I have struggled with compulsive eating and drinking for most of my life...

Doing pretty good. I'm adding one snack a day because my hubby gets home late and I am breast feeding etc.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, chicken and avocado, coffee
Lunch: taco salad with beef and salsa
Snack: apple, 2 tbs peanut butter
Dinner: chicken stir fry with zoodles and veggies

Friday was green! I stuck to my plan with the addition of 3 bananas (one banana per meal). Well, my toddler inexplicably woke up at 1 am last night...she was ready to chat, play, eat and put on her shoes! I got her to go back to sleep around 3 am. My goals are to keep life peaceful by not over committing myself to too many activities. If I break down my chores into small doable tasks each day I can avoid my typical mountain sized load of laundry or every single dish being dirty at once. I'm about 6 weeks along and as of yet I have no nausea, thankfully!
I've made bone broth and got some good ingredients and this week I'm focusing on feeding myself and my family well.
My goals today:
20 minute prenatal workout
3 healthy meals + vitamins
Plenty of water
Get outside

Lunch: chicken soup and bread
Almond latte

5 pounds down, I'm feeling better and getting into the swing of not eating out of boredom or eating late into the night! I am feeling more detached from food yet enjoying each meal more with my family:)

So glad you're back! I'm starting again too and I have a long history of struggle with overeating. I lose track when I focus on the outcome of losing weight instead of the joy that grows from a daily habit of moderation. Love and peace are at the heart of that habit.
