I also saw the article in Women's World...Started the diet 2 weeks ago today and have lost 7 pounds...Am so excited about this way of eating....I love ice cream and did not want to give it up forever to lose weight...I prayed for an answer and it came in the form of Women's World...Ordered the book ...
