Start with a nice big breakfast - don't skimp. Make sure breakfast has fat. Eat plenty at all your meals so that snacks seem less appealing, but for me, breakfast is the key meal to get right if I want my whole day to be easier.

I highly do not recommend running around in a panic.

You could do a traditional diet and then be in the same place three weeks from now (been there).

My rec is go back to No-S habits and stay off the scale for awhile, and get out of panic mode where you can think clearly.

Note so self: I'm finding that snacking doesn't really work for me, even on S days, so I'm sticking to seconds and sweets, if I want them. Otherwise, Mondays really suck.
