That sweater! Thankg God for that sweater!
Just slammed myself with the shovelglove in the back of my head... I'm not sure as to how this happened, but if it wasn't for the thick sweater, it wouldn't have been funny at all

Shovelglove for girls?
Hi there,
I was thinking about recommending the shovelglove to a female friend.
Are there any women reading this, willing to share some SG experience?
Are you using lighter hammers (than my 5kg ~ 11lb)?
What do you say, dear shuggettes?

Heavy metal is great, and what's even greater, is the sound of 80s hair metal - like Warrant, Slaughter, RATT or David Lee Roth. But for shovelgloving, I could recommend nothing better than some good ol' AC/DC - my so far favorite shugging companion! Just don't sing along or you'll get confused with...

Cheating? Is it allowed?
Some days I find myself cheating - I shugg twice a day 8) Hi guys, girls! I've been shugging for the past 5 weeks (never yet missing a single workout, if I may say  and please don't bust my balls for bragging - It's just a great achievement for me, a guy who never keeps up with anything good). ...

Churn Butter - Behind your back
EDIT: Apparently, it's the same as Hoist Sacks - just with both arms. I came across that movement just moments ago :) My dad (a four-day shugger so far) has been experimenting with the 'glove. After his first session, he told me he tried that Churn Butter thing but behind his back, and that's it wa...

Abs
Hello there, fellow shovelglovers!
I got myself a sledgehammer this morning - did my first 14 minutes. So far, it was fun - Looking forward for tomorrow morning.
I was wondering, does someone have a sequence of movements to maximize efficiency on the abs? How many reps? Etc,...
Thanks guys!
