Blueskighs, you are awesome! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I wish I logged on last night and read them. I ended up letting my mind get the best of me and had a sweet snack after dinner last night. So I had to mark a failure on habitcal and here. It sucks (it wasn't even a "worth...

Thanks everyone!!! I was hoping for something magical to happen at day 21 (even though I know it won't) :? What happens if you're an idiot on the weekend, does that mess up your countdown to 21 days? I was an idiot over the weekend and am feeling crappy about it! Kind of like it feels like I failed ...

Thanks Janie! I appreciate that :) So I was an idiot this weekend!!! I hate this relationship I have with food! The weekend came and I knew I could eat sweets and snacks and just because I could...I did. And I wasn't even hungry. But I thought that I won't get to do this for a whole other week, I be...

A "Habit" Question

For those of you who've gone the 21 days...when do you feel like you have a new habit? (Also, do you only count N-days for the 21 days?) So far, after today, I'll have completed 10 N-days and am so completely happy. But I am in no way near the mindset of this new habit I'm trying to create. Like I t...

Hi Neptunus - You know, come to think of it, I haven't been getting enough water in. I normally drink the recommended amount daily, I love it, but lately I just haven't been doing well with that. I can almost bet that's the problem - Great idea!!! Thank you!!!

TMI - I've been constipated since starting. Its definitely uncomfortable and I'm trying to "move things along" with fiber one cereal, som...

Mexican food

Hi!

So what is the thought on Mexican food? More specifically, can you have chips and salsa when at a mexican food restaurant? Or would that be snacking? (I tend to over think and might be doing that now, but I wanted to check just in case.)
