Blueskighs, you are awesome! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I wish I logged on last night and read them. I ended up letting my mind get the best of me and had a sweet snack after dinner last night. So I had to mark a failure on habitcal and here. It sucks (it wasn't even a "worth...

Thanks everyone!!! I was hoping for something magical to happen at day 21 (even though I know it won't) :? What happens if you're an idiot on the weekend, does that mess up your countdown to 21 days? I was an idiot over the weekend and am feeling crappy about it! Kind of like it feels like I failed ...

Thanks Janie! I appreciate that :) So I was an idiot this weekend!!! I hate this relationship I have with food! The weekend came and I knew I could eat sweets and snacks and just because I could...I did. And I wasn't even hungry. But I thought that I won't get to do this for a whole other week, I be...

A "Habit" Question
For those of you who've gone the 21 days...when do you feel like you have a new habit? (Also, do you only count N-days for the 21 days?) So far, after today, I'll have completed 10 N-days and am so completely happy. But I am in no way near the mindset of this new habit I'm trying to create. Like I t...

First week down!!!
YAY! But I have a question. And its TMI (Ugh!) But is anyone having constipation problems? Its been a problem all week long. I'm trying to help the situation with fiber one cereal, and some special tea, oatmeal, etc. but its not working. Through out last week I ate pretty healthy, nothing that is ty...

I had my first week of successful n days. That feels great. The weekend was normal snacking and a few sweets but still chose good options for breakfast and lunch. TMI - I've been constipated since starting. Its definitely uncomfortable and I'm trying to "move things along" with fiber one cereal, som...

Day 3 = SUCCESS Today was my first time to eat outside of the house. I went to a girlfriends house for dinner, had 2 drinks and only ate my plate full. So it was a success. I've just come off a WW core experience for almost a year now. I was very successful and have lifetime membership status, which...

Hi Mizmc! I just started today for the first day and wanted to introduce myself! Its so hard to think this way, I hear what you're saying. When you're taught all this "diety" stuff, trying this new way of life is interesting. I think we both know it will be so rewarding on many levels, but the stuff...

Mexican food
Hi!
So what is the thought on Mexican food? More specifically, can you have chips and salsa when at a mexican food restaurant? Or would that be snacking? (I tend to over think and might be doing that now, but I wanted to check just in case.)

Hi all - Thanks for the welcomes!!! :) So far so good! I'm definitely looking forward to the "freeing" feeling of not worring about what I'm going to eat next or what someone is going to serve me. I read on someones thread that they've had their "diet" skills ingrained in them for so many years that...

Hi Everyone! My name is Jenny. I'm 29, married, and have a little 9yr old pomeranian who's our kid. I just found this site this weekend and ended up reading everything there is to read on the main page, checked out all the additional pages (shovelglove, urban ranger, habitcal) and perused all over t...
